The most important functions of the Msys Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) including, search for a product by description, search for vehicle specific parts, document links to product, 3D integration and order on-line capability are demonstrated in the catalogue examples below. Example 1 (Service Recovery 1)
This is an example of a spare parts catalogue used for service recovery where kitchen product has been despatched and parts are required to replace missing or damaged parts. Catalogue entry is by product description.

Example 2 (Manufacturer of Refuse Collection Vehicles)
In this example of a spare parts catalogue for a manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles (RCV’s) catalogue entry is by specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The parts information shown on the catalogue pages is specific only to that vehicle who’s VIN has been entered.
Note: The same results can be achieved using the registration Number if known. 

Example 3 (Service Recovery 2)
In this example of a spare parts catalogue for service recovery on kitchen product you can see an example of documentation linked to a specific part number. Catalogue entry is by search for a specific part number.

Example 4 (Msys.EPC Demonstration Site with XVL 3D integration)
In this example of a demonstration catalogue with 3D integration you can see an example of animated 3D taken directly from a CAD file. The part can be disassembled into its constituent components and individual components can be highlighted.
